  • Describe the idea, concern, recognition, or experience as clearly as possible.
  • Include relevant dates, locations, events, or circumstances when they help explain the issue.
  • Explain how the proposed change could benefit Veterans, members, guests, or Post operations.
  • Do not include private medical, financial, personnel, or other sensitive personal information.
  • Use respectful and constructive language focused on improving the Post.
  • Provide an email address only when you would like a response or follow-up conversation.
